The LGBTSS offers volunteer, internship, and practicum opportunities for Iowa State students.  Positions are available to students of all identities and backgrounds.  Selection criteria are based on skill level, demonstrated interest and ability to meet the minimum academic qualifications. 

These opportunities engage students through their participation in office processes and decision making.  Leadership skills are enhanced through the experience of managing projects and deadlines. With the goal of improving student success inside and outside the classroom and through fostering professional development, getting involved in the LGBTSS is an excellent way for students to develop skills for lifelong success!
